Cultural week.
On the cultural week all the students from the high school made groups from to or three students, they had to present a project and they had to talk about a certain tern that were given out by their teachers.
The main tern for all of them was Natural disasters, Preparedness for disaster, equipment and food stock for natural disaster, and how to survive a natural disaster.
On my case I partnered up with one of my classmates and we talk about schools preparedness for disasters, and about a family who survived the Hurricane Katrina five years ago and what they did before, during, and after the storm and even where did the went to live after that.
Even though the students make a big effort to prepare their presentations no parents went to see them.
That is because the school didn't even bother to send notifications to our parents to let them know when the presentation was.
At least every student got points for their efforts so it was worth a try.
